The Territory
Red earth to the horizon. The heat of the ground and the open flame. An ancient, vast, wild landscape, where fire marks the origin.

The Drift
Black stone, salt on the skin, open ocean. Islands born of the volcano, suspended in the middle of the Atlantic. A world shaped by wind, sea and distance.

The immensity of the Pacific against the density of the Amazon. Water, jungle, roots, fruit and a nature that overtakes everything. Two worlds meeting on the same ground.

Twelve wines run through the night — two for every course.
The first is chosen for contrast: set against the plate to sharpen it.
The second for harmony: it moves with the dish — weight, depth, a longer finish.
Wine here is part of how the story is told, not an accompaniment to it.
Producers, regions and vintages are confirmed closer to each service.

Two nights a week. One table. Twelve seats.
A single table for six, conceived as the centre of the whole experience.
An intimate, open space, where every guest is part of the same journey. The table becomes the stage where the six worlds, the six dishes and the twelve wines take place.
It isn't just where you eat. It's where the journey begins.

RESERVE YOUR SEAT
You are not booking a table. You are taking one of six seats.
Approximately four hours, one seating

- —Water, coffee and infusions
- —All service and taxes
Seats are released 72 hours before the service. Inside 72 hours the seat is non-refundable but may be transferred to another guest.
Tell us about allergies and restrictions when you book. With notice, most can be worked around; some worlds cannot be fully adapted.
